- The Government of TamilNadu has brought in a centralized system of online admission for underGraduate (UG) & Post Graduate(PG) programmeduring the academic year 2020-2021.

Under the present system only online application received onthe Government websites such as www.tngasa.in(for UG) and www.tngasapg.in(for PG)will be entertained.

The data collected onthe website will be transferred to the respective colleges discipline-wise.In addition,a database containing the details of candidates who have applied for the special quota (Ex-Serviceman, DifferentlyAbled, Sports, NCC.,etc) is also being transferredto each college.

Each College prepares the overall ranklist (for UG) in accordance with the information derived from the applicants through Whatsapp/E-mail.

For PG programmethe rank list is prepared by every department again through the same mode of communication.

After getting the approval of a committee comprises of two senior-mostprofessors from Science &Arts /humanities and one community representative. The committee isheaded by Principal as the chairman.

Eachand every candidatewhoapplied for UG/PG programme was contacted through Mobile phone and their willingness elicitedfor admission to theassociated programme.

The selection list of UG programme was displayed in the college website(www.gcwk.ac.in).

To facilitate the studentsonline payment in addition to the conventional payment collectionis allowed and seats will be allotted as per Government reservation policy.
